1995 Mercury Xri 200, A-17 ecu, new stator, new regulators, heads cut down 32cc, boyseen reeds, Bob's solid mounts, Bob's low water pickup, mercury 260hp exhaust tuner, allison foil, and wiseco pistons. I replace fuel vapor separator with a 1998 model one. No controls or prop.
