    Like the Vance better then the R&R and now Vance makes a three inch also.

    Personal preferences of the Vance.

    Everything is machined flat and true. The lift screw threads into a bronze self lubricating boss. The side bolts have guide roller sleeves. They have the option of a bolted on lower plate so the jack plate doesn’t scoop water when coming on plane.


    The R&R does have the interlocking gibs though.

    Good info, especially on the option for a skid plate.
