I've got a 6"x 6" block of wood about a foot long that I hole sawed about a 3" hole down as far as the saw would reach .. about 2 - 2.5" deep. I chizeled out the center plug and I use the block to rest props in while I press hubs in and out. The hub only needs to move about an inch before I hear it fall into the "basket".

I use a bottle jack, socket, and a couple short 2x4s underneath the boat trailer. Prop shop or the bushing tool above would be better. These hubs are called SSR I believe. I quit using since it was such a pia to get them out.

Let us know how it goes, looks like a bear to press out without hurting something.

I use the rubber Rubex hubs. To get them out I've stuck the prop in the freezer for a while to shrink the rubber hub. Then pound it out.

I bought a second SSR hub for a second prop. Seemed easier than getting the first one out of the Trophy. The second is stuck in a drag 4.

Joe at East Tennessee Prop pressed it out for me. I wanted to run it on my small shaft lower so it had to come out. I think I will stick with the solid hubs from now on.

That hub doesn't need to be "pressed" out. They are just tight amd get stuck. An appropriately sized socket, a soft faced dead blow hammer, and a sturdy surface will make easy work of it.

No. It a flo-torq style. Not a press in. They just get hung up
