the newer 2 strokes and 4 strokes will only turn so high..... so weights might have to be adjusted... or make a different class all together for it now that the reality is in front of us that we need something other than what the majority is currently running.

Will be good to see what kind of ET you run

Very different set up with a motor with a sub 7,000 RPMs

When you normally work with 10,000.

Just hope they keep it as the class was intended to be. A low budget fishing motor / parts only class that was intended for the average joe. Already have guys using steel drag sleeves & custom crankshafts. Soon itll become another low compression promod class just like river racer has now become.

I don't think by them dropping the weight in RR this year has helped anything either. That class is super tight and competitive and makes it fun along with a challenge. Soon I would imagine there will or should be a 4 stroke "lake racer" type class and then soon after that a RR type class once people start modding them.

E-Tec has to be 1700 so i think 1650 for a 3.2xs is pretty forgiving

the e-tecs are similar than, and aren't super favorable to compression plus you start getting into the water jacket if you go to much anyway..
