    If the lower crankshaft seal is bad would I see milky gas/oil around driveshaft when I pull the lower?

    Can u look with a light and see if in water in bottom cyl? Or on the plug

    ????there will only be the goop in the exhaust adapter where drive shaft enters lower cap there is no normal oily drive shaft its supposed to be dry

    I guess off with the powerhead it is. Dang, was hoping I wouldn't have to do this.

    a 3.0 is easier then a 2.5 it take very little time just have your new gasket and new seals for lower cap it take two of them pay attention how they come out good luck you are furthering your education
