    Good or Bad Idea

I seem to lost fuel prime on a 1997 200 efi. I have to do 3 starts before it will run each time with minimal down time say 1-2 hrs, once running no problem. I was thinking of adding a low pressure(2-3.5)electric fuel pump to eliminate this,i have gone over the hoses and clamps. Good or Bad Idea. Thank you
