    Efi options

What is out there to inject a 3 liter? I know monty has the slide intakes but what are people using for ecu and how are the injectors mounted. I've tried searching here but haven't come up with anything. Thanks
hold on and hope for the best

Give monty racing a call, I Gordon is working on an efi system now that will make it fairly easy.. you really need an etec front half to make it worthwile injectors go down the side of the case like a merc..

Not a big market so not a lot of options. You’re on the right track working with Gordon - he is the man

The proper quistion would be wat is your experience level?
The easiest would probably be retrofit the 3 liter with a 2.5 cdi ignition and install a brucato unit

If you can get the injectors in I'm sure Brucato can sort you out for the pack?

Thought we were talking about the 3 liter mercury
The evinrude should work with the original ignition

Motec, Emtron , Link G4, and Vipec 88 are good options. Brucato used to sell a unit for the Omc but I'm not sure if he still does

Monty or Dave Bush would be the first choices. Monty has a other options besides slides too...

any efi system is jump ahead for easy start and smooth idle and the ability to tailor a fuel curve.
Injecting after the reeds allows huge reeds hence overly large induction is not a problem as it can be with a carb.
