    4 pedal reeds

I got set of Carson reeds n 2.5 200, reeds r n excellent condition, no complaints, I do belive they r his sport reeds , (up to 6500)
My question is what is goin on after 6500?, when just me n boat I can run it round 7k, should I get one his thinner reeds? Hope chris chimes n also

I think I'm lookin for a thinner reed set up , maybe put gud use to the extra rpm and maybe add a few also??
    Thoughts? Thanks s&f

You'll be fine at 7000 with the sport reeds on rubber cages, for occasional runs...long runs over 7 will chip the tips in time,I think you're fine for now,Chris

Do u think a little thinner reed would "loosen" it up a little?

What if we open the cages up and make a reed for that just little thinner , not sure of the thickness of em all , sport 25ish?, race 20ish?
