But again, Mercury doesn't make fuel injectors... they are Bosch, Denso, Keihin, etc and are probably a standard, off-the-shelf product; if yyou can figure out the intinterchange part number.
Let's just go ahead and make America great again!

If by some miracle you manage to get your hands on OEM injectors you still have production diviation which will probably be anything from 2 to 5 %
The idea is still precise fuel metering getting it as close as possible across all holes
You would still have to buy a bunch of new ones to get a set togahter or accept a higher deviation percentage
i would rahter do this cheaply and get a closer matched set and on top of that have some extra parts
They work just as nice!

To those that want a cheap alternative. The answer is simple. Buy a few sets that you believe that are close. Take them home , test them , find the ones you like and sell or throw away the ones you don't. And now you have an identical match ..
I normally do 8 to 10 injectors for a motor build I do. (3.0L)
Inevitably the top two cylinders will be richer than the center two.
And the bottom two will be leaner ... always.
Yep , I set fuel pressure to where the middle two cylinders are happy.
Then (jet) put two lower flowing injectors in the top two holes .
And my two richest , in the bottom.
It's not perfect, but until we can trim each cylinder individually, it's the best we can do with the PCM we gotz.
Try to look at it as six separate, one cylinder engines and "jet" accordingly.
I put a sleeve in a guys block not long ago. He sent his injectors to a "Big Name" shop. Not really trusting the line of BS .. he sent them to me ... to check.
I'll let you guys tell me what would have happened to his newly freshened 300x if he tried to run em ...
I threw the bad one away (or maybe sent it back, Chaz thinkin I should have smacked it with an axe first)
Being he is a friend and loyal customer. I grabbed one from my stash .. cleaned and flowed his five and my one ... and shipped them back to him.
A week later, I had forgotten all about it. I got a check in the mail ... and a note , If I put this motor back together , you'd be putting a new sleeve in it again ... or worse. Thank you.

OK so seems like I will need to find several more than 6 to find the perfect mix n match set of 6 - my issue is that I am taking another chance on the used sets I find online (ebay/facebook) - A used set of 6 I got are no good..so not im not really liking having to take another chance at getting another used set to possible have the same issue...internal corrosion...hopefully i am making sense
So how are these numbers?

A set of 12 is a good start!
Only had one injector that did not work that was on an intake that looked partially submersed
And 2 totally out of range out of the 28
2 nice looking intakes should be no problem and stil way cheaper than anything new

They will never be perfect. Round up or down to the nearest cc .
You have :
a pair of 480 cc (they go in 1 and 2)
a 483 and a 484 (they go in 3 and 4)
a 489 and a 491 (they go in 5 and 6)
If you wanted to be picky ... you could buy another set .. clean and test them .. try to come up with a couple that blow 485-486 ish . Put then in the middle holes 4 and 5 and move the middle ones up to 1 and 2 .
If your not looking to get max power by getting fuel wash and plug temp's / color right and then start working the fuel pressure ... what you have will work. Marina's have been cleaning them and just stuffing them in any hole ... for years ..

I don't know if you can trust those numbers!
Look at injector number 6 before cleaning 190.82 cc/min
after cleaning 181,42 cc/min !
you seem to be a long way from florida no idea what the costs are for shipping to florida but it might be an idea to ship them to chaz
and buy some extra before you send them
the total flow is not that important if you have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator as long as they flow more or less the same

I saw that , since they didn't show results for a leak test. I ASSumed that one was a dribbler ...
Aaron, are your injectors white or pink tips ? If they are pink, they will work. Keep in mind that that the add says kei-Hin. There is no - or capital H in Keihin.
Your injectors should have had new 0-rings and filter baskets installed.
Shipping is not that bad to The Netherlands ... Ronnie will take care of you ..
Just don't go snow skiing with him ....

I am perfectly save to be around!
The other reason i buy the complete intakes is to make sure i get the orginal oem injectors and not some chinese knock offs which is a high risk with buying these sets!
