Changing Pitch
I'm running a Trophy Plus 26.
Also ran a 26 Raker and a PowerTech RKR4 25 pitch.
Both my fastest but I prefer 4 blade and the RKR4 is too heavy, 6 lbs heavier than the Trophy plus so hole shot is slow.
I have a PowerTech TRO4 24 pitch from my old motor.
Would changing the pitch and or adjusting cup on the PowerTech make the propeller weaker.
There's prop shop around here that does the prop scan technology and a guy in Tuckerton who does it with hydraulics.
I think I tried it when I first got the motor and was about 300 to 400 RPMs over.

WEIGHT will have little or no effect on performance. the trophy is a great prop, gonna be hard to beat, just a great design. i run a trophy as fast as props twice the price, its a sleeper. they run 90+! adding cup will not do aany harm. will add 1'' pitch. minor adjustment. you dont like the trophy?
