Why not try one of the 360 degree camera's like the one from Garmin ? Just mount it and get all the view's you want ?
Would be easier. And cool. Just a thought.

Next week I'll be trying it again in calm water with Go Pro cameras and a 38" Hill cleaver. Here's one Steve Bishop did from his Bullet bass boat

No doubt the 450R is a beast but we now are approaching the point where the small cats will start killing people, just like the 150+ mph big cats have.

An interesting application would be 1 450R on a 24’-26’ cat but when you consider you can buy 2 300Rs for the price of 1 450R it becomes a challenge justifying it.

Mark, l agree and have said it several times. This stuff is real now and lightweight outboards are easily capable of speeds only seen by much the heavier inboards in the past. We are just getting started with this new era of performance capability and its definitely a two sided knife. Guys are going into uncharted territory and getting there a whole lot faster.

Please use your head and think really hard about wanting to take others with you and (showing them how fast your boat is).

Even 90 takes some getting used to in these small boats. I spent 3 decades in large offshore center console boats, some would run upwards of 70. But 90 in a hull that weighs 1200 pounds when you're sitting at water level is a whole different animal. Literally. Terrifies me that someone with 70 grand and ZERO boating experience can buy one and might be out on the water with me.

I agree totally the same type of person who buys the 72 mph jet ski then drives it like he stole it all day long and races everybody will buy a 100 mph boat and kill himself or someone else because he won’t take the time to learn the boat he will want to be the guy! That day

Somehow, I think Charles Darwin would agree with you, then shrug his shoulders.
