NOOO!!! I bought a bathtub. So what's this worth?

Welp - I bought a bathtub. Wifey loved the wrap-around couch.
Bought a turd surfer / 1998 Chaparral 290 Signature. 31' overall length. Heating and airconditioning, hot and cold water, range oven, microwave.
Twin 4.3L vortec motors with Bravo 3 drives.
SLOOOOOOOOW. But good for the family.
And I still have the tunnel hull for fun.

NOW - What's the Bayliner package worth, in your opinion? I'm thinking of listing it locally for $7k obo
It's hard to put a price on it, though.

    1995 hull - Bayliner 1401 LS
Engine: 1996 Force 120hp, Merc mid & lower, all new gaskets/seals/etc.
brand new 2019 trailer - torsion axles / LEDs
    Complete restoration in 2016.

Ask for the 7 and hope to get 4.

Checking out the going prices for similar rigs in your area is a good starting point. Its a cute whip.

Maybe you could get another $20 if you put the microwave oven in the Bayliner...

Car dealer buddy has a saying- "there's an ass for every seat". Put it at $7995 and wait. It will sell. You bought it...

$7k for a 25 year old bayliner? Best of luck. That’s a $1200 boat near me.

You redid the motor didnt you? Or it's in great shape right?
And boat was totally redone w new trailer..its practically new... can't really compare to a crappy 25 year old piece of sh*t that's falling apart w leaking wet transom etc..
Don't listen to any nay Sayers..
I mean 7g might be pushing it but have to start somewhere

It is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If it runs well, screams and flys, then you need to market it as such.

Sorry, but that's an average condition factory boat.

We know you did an AMAZING job making it what it is bit to 99% of the boating world its work half what a factory condition boat is..i.hope.you find that 1% buyer for it.
