    Sweet. Does it run? I've heard of "new" old motors come out of the box having been eaten by mice and nesting in the comb. chambers.

    compression 130 psi all cylinders less than 3% leakdown. Will post video of it running if i can

    Same motor as mine, pull the Rev limiter and it's been happy at 7700+ rpm for years (oil pump delete, ccms Reeds). Glws

    Has the motor been bolted on a boat why is the paint coming off the clamp bracket looks for paint to be missing off the lower unit as well?

    Gud eye. U can also see the wesr pattern on steering arm that bolts to cable , still got nut on it
    Thermostats been off and other stuff turned. Do c how its new

    Yeah, its got paint missing all over? Looks like corrosion? Just looking at the pictures. Looks like corrosion in the water pickups and the blowout ring.

    Yeah, there's small chips on the cowl here and there, too indicating that it's seen action. I'd be real interested in this, but it's WAY too much mota for my little 17' boat.
