    Single Ram trim pump

I know this has been discussed alot but I can't find exactly what I need to know. I have the factory trim pump on my 260 and want to find a faster 12v pump. I was told the Bob's jackplates pump is alot faster. Can anyone tell me exactly what I will need with it. I read you have to use a different reservoir cap and will lines have to be remade or can you adapt to the pump with fittings?
Thanks for any info. I'd like to order what I need tomorrow

There are different pump internal gears to speed or slow the fluid flow. Parker makes several pumps that offer 3 different flow rates each. Scott Porta of Porta products is very knowledgeable on them-you might want to give him a call.
