Is this block garbage?

Hi everybody, I have a 99' mercury 175hp efi. The #6 piston seized and broke the rod, then beat the cylinder bad. I assume the block is ruined but I included pics to get a 2nd opinion. Can I swap my internals into another block, the rest of the engine looks good except #6 but i haven't pulled it all the way apart and inspected everything yet. I'm new to building 2 strokes so i guess what I am asking is if I can locate a good 175hp block is there any extra machining/matching that has to be done to swap my internals other than regular work like cleaning and honing cylinders?
