    Need some help

    Converting my 31' race cat which was previously 700s with #6s. Converting to triple 300 verados. Old copeland race cat im bringing back to life. Should i add an enclosed bracket for buoyancy and if so how much set back or can i just use jack plates? Transom already has bracing. Boat was set up with 2 seperate engine bays. Ive attached some pics
