Help selling my Mercury outboards and parts
Hi everybody, I need help figuring out what I have and what it's worth. I bought a boat recently and long story short, now I have a bunch of stuff I don't need or know that much about.
What I do know is both are Mercury 200s. One is a 90 and I think it is a 2.5 7 pedal. It is seized. The other is an 84 powerhead, and I think it is a 2.4. It has a broken cylinder. Also a lower with a nose cone and a prop.

You're probably going to have to part them out to make any money. Blown 2.4 is worth a few hundred, same for the other one. It might be a "fat block" 2.4 or a 2.5. If cranks/rods are good they may brig some money. carb sets with land and sea stacks may be worth $150. Stators may bring a little ($100/each) if good. Mids are 3 ram bass stuff with skinny tillers? $250/each. If you have a 7 petal 2.5 front and intake/reeds that may bring $300 or $350. Cowlings and plates aren't desirable, you may be able to find someone that needs them but good luck getting paid... Lower maybe $500, prop maybe $300. Older non hi-po 2.4 stuff just isn't bringing $$$! GLWS!
