First glance at the liberator looked like the motor wasn't connected to the boat. Looks like a great time.

Since the weather is finally looking decent, we are wanting to spend the day at the Suwannee tomorrow.

We traveled from Branford yesterday to the town of Suwannee and back [152 miles RT] and made several stops at Fletcher Spring, Rock Bluff Spring and Fanning springs. We used 25 gallons of fuel and only cruised about 50 GPS due to having the Bimini top up. The top will not stay intact above 70 and a gust of headwind will break it so 50-55 is safe.
Weather was perfect and there were few boats.

I did not see any of the really huge "jumping Alligators [Sturgeon]" but there were quite a few smaller jumpers. We have been on the Suwannee so much we are pretty good at remembering where the Sturgeon nests are and the sandbars.
My Wife/I almost did almost get clobbered by a big jumper years ago right beside one of the concrete channel markers going into the Gulf. We both were on one of our PWCs and I saw the fish break the water so I turned the 'ski onto its side and the fish bounced off the bottom of the hull.
