Key West Offshore Pokerrun

I have been once to the Key West Offshore Pokerrun. We are bringing over the ol lady Phantom 25 with 400R to participate.. Have anyone of you participated with your boat? I remember it as a flat ride, although the last 50 mph can be bumby. Maybe its an alternative route inshore the last leg ?

The boat going to be in US from October to April at Nor-Tech faciluties in Fort Myers. Look forward to come to US!

Hi !

I know both Trond and Niels, so the boat will be stored in their facilities. Nor-tech upgraded the interior a couple of years back. Most likely we will redo the floor and do a clear paint. We will see

The boat runs 89 mph hitting the rev limiter at 7,060 with a Max5 25 pitch prop. very good slip, 6,7 %. I have tried a Max5 26 pitch, but this prop could not be run as high as the 25 pitch oddly enough. Wethink its due to more cup giving more transom lift. I am sure we will do 90 mph before the season is over. Phantom 25 was foremost made for offshore racing, so its not the fastest hull. However, a killer in high seas.
