Thanks guys for all the kind words...Joe and Marty at Diamond Marine did an incredible job of designing, engineering, and fabricating a work fo art. There was so much thought
put into every aspect of the rigging. I look forward to Gregs' feature story, there is so much information on all the work involved.
Also I would like to thank Jack at Full Throttle, he was great to work with, and built a awesome boat.
I will try to answer a few questions so far.....the gas tank is 38 gal., the work inside the tank is incredible, shame it is hidden, the steering clamps on the cable are standard
stainless clamps, available at most marine supply that has sailboat rigging, the gray adjustment brackets the cable is connected to are custom made by Diamond.
The clamp bracket/jack plate is from GeigerTech in Canada, but completely redone by Diamond.
I would also like to give a shout out to Frank Mole Transport, he brought the boat down from NC to Fl for me, the only person I would trust with my new boat.
Will keep everyone posted on the progress as we continue to dial it in.
Dennis

Who built the fuel tank I like that one! Especially an extra 10 gallons over the poly one.

Bad Ass!
A 38 gl tank instead of a 4 gl like all the drag boats 😂
For those that don’t know, Dennis was making STVs sing before almost anybody else.
He put up amazing numbers before we were talking about it.
Dennis is one of my very few hero’s and I for one, will be watching
On top of that, he turns Diamond Marine loose on it......., this should be fun.
Well done Dennis.I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.
I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

What did you have on it for a prop? Any chance of seeing it at Jasper in the fall?

How are Joe and Marty doing these days? Are the 2.5 liter engines still keeping them busy, or is the action in rigging?
