Looking for rebuild advisor 1998 200 edits magnum mariner

Good day all, got a 1998 200 eco mariner magnum.
Four cylinders close to 120 psi , fifth at 112 and the sixth one at 70 psi
Pulled the head and cylinder walls one all three look ok
Top piston (#5) has excessive piston slap and there is metal piled on crown edge piston. Cylinder has no visible damage , got a couple questions if anyone can help

    1) These cylinders look like sleeves , are they sleeves and changeable?
    2) can these cylinders be bored out or are they nicasil?
    3) Twenty year old motor , wondering if con rod bearings and mains should be done while we got it apart?
    4) Can just one piston be replaced if the bore with the damaged piston passes micrometer checks compared to the other cylinders?
    5) Can these cylinders just be honed, reringed and change out the one bad piston?

I have rebuilt sled motors, car engines but never a outboard. I do have a friend who owns a marine repair shop and said he would help if I need it.
Retired and I have limited funds
    any advice is appreciated
    thx
