Hose cup for a Sportmaster

My hose cup for a CLE does not work on my sport master? I am told I need a different one? Where is the best place to buy one?

I use the orange sportmaster boot as a protective shield of my water inlets to allow me to use my sportmaster as an anchor when at a beach. I just put the boot on and point the bow away from the shore [with the prop down in the sand].
The bow pointed out allows the wakeboard boat wakes to pass by without splashing over the stern and also points my Stereo speakers at our chairs/rafts in the water/beach.
I use the hose threaded flush port on the back of the 300XS to flush with since it backflushes the internal basket strainer.

Bow out at the beach as well for me but none of my boat neither motor ever touches sand or anything other then the bunks on my trailer.

But you cover the water inlets on the l/u right?

The orange sportmaster flush boot covers the water inlets. When I get ready to leave I just have to rinse out the small amount of sand that gets in it.

That's got to be terrible on your midsection. And that little bit of sand that might get in won't hurt a thing. Might even help sandblast some corrosion loose.

My last 15" 2.5 had over 2 thousand hours on it and had been docked this way many hundreds of times. I did have to replace the swivel tube on it [after 18 years] due to salt corrosion.
