EVINRUDE 200/225 jetting?

I just up graded my 89' 200 small bore carbs and throttle plates to 89' 225 mid bore carbs. looked up all part numbers and they both have stock jetting.
my 200 had 46 mid, 42 idle and 62d mains
the 225 carbs have 47mids, 34 idle and 62d mains

motor ran perfect before swap and has good compression, now with the 225 carbs it will barley idle in neutral and stalls in gear and it bogs and kills if I give it throttle. if I go wide open from idle it will bog and recover and get on plane but is very sluggish. not sure witch direction to turn.

Seems like more than just a jetting problem.

Did you do the entire Link-n-sync?

Yes that's the first thing I did.

Did u pull carbs apart and make sure everything spotless?

Yes sir, and replaced bowl gaskets.

What do the plugs look like? Could tell you if you are way rich or lean.
