22 Cougar mold
The first is actually a 23MTR and the second photo is my first of 3 22MTRs. They are a great hull design with lots of interior room, a ton of storage under the sun pad and under the deck with no bad manors. Have you built any hulls from the molds? Let us know.
Thanks

Gary, I have lowered the price of the 4 Cougar molds (21MTR 22MTR 23MTR and 27MTR) to 60,000. That is 15,000 per mold, please pass this around.
Thanks
Berney

The package deal is gone. The 22MTR mold is sold and I'm negotiating the sale of the 23MTR. That leaves the 21MTR and 27MTR

You can PM me so we can talk details offline.
However my goal is to go through the molds, buff, polish etc.
Start the first boat build in late October or November.
Use a full composite lay up of Biax glass, divinycell core and vinylester resin. Transom, stringers and bulkheads in coosa board.
Eventually get the boat into a full glass liner, glass bench seat and hatch. This may take a bit of time
We will see where it goes

I give up what is veil cloth?
I would think 1208 or 1708 along with mat would be his needs for conventional boat building.
Talking to Wally from Triad boats 20 years ago he told me he used mat and two layers of 1208
I used mat then coremat for print through on deck and sides and two 1708, kind of overkill, but never seen any type of stress cracks, vinyl Ester resin. We have invented the world; WE see

You got it, it's a light weight mat used for (among other things) print through and spider crack mitigation. Also used for a final layer on B-side parts to minimize texture. This stuff is 50g/sq. meter or roughly 1oz./sq. yd.

Update
Getting things ready to start November first production run
I would like to hear from people in our performance boating circles on what they would want and look for in a small performance sport cat
Info like
Construction
Colors, designs, paint, gelcoat, etc
Power, I/O, outboard
Gas tank size
Expected speed to motor size
Warranty
Price
Motor choice
Boat features and included options
Other items I may have missed
I appreciate all feedback whether on forum or PM. Thank You
What is looking to happen:
Layup construction under review but leaning to Quadraxial and Biaxial glass with Foam Core(haven't finalized but leaning to Divinycell H100 core), Double Staged and Glassed Coosa Transom, Coosa full length stringers and bulkheads all utilizing Vinylester resin. Just finalizing engineers recommendations
Company name hasn't been agreed upon so taking ideas
I hope to have something to post soon on look, features, etc
Thanks for the feedback in advance
