Interesting...It looks like it has a jack plate or set-back plate on the transom. Didn't know they were allowed in any classes back then.

They were, as long as they couldn't be adjusted while the boat was under way. Most were manual adjusted back then

yes, works for me. Hey, you could call or send this to the new Vampire Boats & ask them what these old labels might have said. Ya never know, they might have just duplicated this old one, who knows?
