I think the wedges on the trailing edges would go a long way in helping all round performance. And with bondo if it didn't work, sand it off and try something else. I would start with a 1/4'' wedge all the way across the trail edge. Tunnel included. Go fwd with it maybe 3''.

Put flap on the back of the tunnel, that way you get some lift for the rear w/o adding any weight on front.
