Donzi 22 Classic Outboard 300hp HPDI Prop?

I have a 22' Donzi classic OUTBOARD that I'm powering with a 300 HPDI. Need to know where to start with prop?

would like something that's works well for cruising with family with some punch. With a 300 its never going to be crazy fast but I would like to get 55mph...

The motor is mounted onto the transom, no bracket.

The boat weighs about 3400lbs with motor.

    Thank for the help

20" Trophy if you can find a cheap one for a baseline?

That is a round bottom 24 degree V unless someone messed with it during the conversion. You must install a manual jackplate to play around with that 25" motor and I'd start with a 19 pitch Rev 4 prop.

300 HPDI could be 25 or 30 or if its the VMAX version it's 20. Good call on shaft length. 19-20 is the right pitch range for 55.
