Well, I ran it with the 34" prop. It was very windy so I had to keep backing out of it. I got it to the limiter at 120 but the GPS locked in 119. Short video will follow. Kind of hard driving with one hand in choppy water though.

Guessing you'll be on the limiter even with a 37" prop.

I'll have a 38" next week. I'll need a calm day to wring it out. Here's a short video

How is low speed handling? Does the extra weight hurt it? Using a 12" set back?

The handling at any speed is no different. The Verado mid has about 4-5" more setback built in. I used an 8" bracket on this one.

Ran some non-cleaver props today which seem to settle it down. I did run the 34 Cleaver again though and it seems to be easier to drive now. I guess I'm just getting the hang of it. I had it to 123 today. close to 3% slip now!

I ran the 22 Liberator again today and my buddy Steve Bishop had his Go Pro. Ran 123 with a Hill 34" x 15.25 five blade cleaver. The new Porta Race bracket sure helped alot wkile trying to get the best top speed. Amazing how strong they are while holding this 450hp motor. The motor was on the rev limiter at 6450 rpm, so I have a bigger one on order. Here's a short video of an acceleration run.

Christ that Porta Bracket did not show ANY movement in the video. Amazing.
