2.0L what if I don't have the fuel pump compression spring and cap?
I've been running pretty nicely without this:

Anyway, it runs well except it under low rpm, it eventually drains the fuel line dry. Could it be that not having the spring and cap are causing a weak pump signal at low rpm?
