Checkmate Pulsare 2100 Long Deck

Posting for my dad. 1996 Checkmate 2100 LD (Long Deck). 1995 Mercury 2.5 150 EFI. New WSM pistons on rebuild (3 hours). Injectors recently flowed. Compression good. Lower unit pressure/vacuum tested. Merc Laser II stainless prop. 12 inch manual setback/jackplate. Pad/headliner/reading lights under bow. Eagle custom 2 axle trailer. $7800. Mark 515-8two9-7876. If you have any questions call or text or shoot me a message. Boat ran 55 with 2 people and fuel, could probably use more pitch. Located in granger, IA. Boat is 6.5-7 in my opinion.

what kind of speeds are you getting with it with a 250 on it?

It runs right at 70. I haven’t really tried to get high top end numbers because my wife is always with me and she thinks 60 is scary and we are normally cruising 30-40.
Based on my research it should be a upper 70-80mph boat with more setback and the right setup. I just don’t care enough to make the changes, it works great for my uses.

Yeah I got you if you scare the wife she will want you to sell the boat which is not worth it. LIke to see a couple photos of it though

Set up correctly, A Pulsare 2100 with a Mercury 250, 8"-12" of setback and a Trophy Plus 26/27 will run 80-82 MPH GPS.
