IF its a fishing motor...I've used sucessfully the china boxes several times only diff i've found is the mtg nuts are metric not sae...they look identical to sierra and cdi...funny thing the boxes come marked auto parts???? last set was $46.00 a pr shipped to my door from NJ...even the clear potting shows same componets inside...cant say how long they or anybodies will last, all i can say is that they work fine to 6000 rpm on my motor

How long has they lasted so far ? I think minds on my 2.5 200 is bad . Really want a set to last to the winter , then plans on pulling the motor .

Bought 4 boxes off ebay, 2 were cdi and those are going strong for about a year and a half on the promax. Not exactly sure on the make of the other 2, but they have been working great on my blackmax. I think it just hit or miss with those

Been to CDIs plant in Huntsville Alabama. Amazing place and crazy to watch how they make and treat EVERYTHING.

Also crazy to see how alot of the parts got different stickers and went in OEM boxes.
