    1988 Mercury 115 Horsepower In Line 6

1988 Mercury 115 HP will enhance your classic boat. Last year of the Mercury in-line 6 cylinder with horse power rated at the prop shaft, built in power trim and ADI ignition system. Comes with control box, cables and wiring, speedometer gauge, two tachometer gauges, power trim gauge, and water pressure gauge. Motor has very low hours. Marine tech performed compression test which showed 130 psi in all 6 cylinders. Photos of readings and report available upon request. Looks like new inside and out. Bought as a backup motor eight years ago but never used. Properly garage stored for eight years and started up after 5 seconds. Custom motor stand fabricated out of 2" tube steel, lubricated 4" cast ironwheels, diamond plate, two adjustable stabilizer pads. Motor $3,400 Stand $300. David 612-363-3704

This was my first motor. Loved it. Had it on a 16' runabout, then it went on a 17' CeeBee Avenger (top speed 63 mph), then I swapped it out for a XR2 150. I wish I had a use for one of these now. Beautiful motor, sir. GLWS.

Looks like the motor that was on a beautiful older checkmate a member was selling a couple years ago.

The motor I am selling has been in storage for 8 years. Before that, it was on an aluminum fishing boat.

Thanks for the compliment. If I were single, the motor and stand would be in the family room.
