This is the biggest boat drag race event in the world and there were no 2 stroke winners. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eHrEo-OxFaU

As I said in the beginning of the thread (course length is everything). It used to be that 1/4 mile was a drag race, then 1/8 mile events started popping up due to speeds being attained. Now Everything seems to be getting shortened again. The two stroke winning in drag racing ends at 500 feet in the sand, and at 800 feet on the water.

If there was money in outboard drag racing then it would attract 4 stroke participants. Any form of racing that offers a large payout draws a large group of entries and spectators.
