Not sure where to start troubleshooting

Wondering if anybody can help me on where to start troubleshooting my 200 EFI .. Trimmed all the way down I go to take off sometimes and it doesn't wanna plane out as quick as it normally does.. Only does it now and then. Motor seems to Run perfect at idle and everywhere in between.. Only thing that I have done is change Plugs And it still did it to me like one out of 10 times planing out..

Correct plugs with boots snapped on tight?

might just be a weight issue, or down all the way is to much. Mine prefers 2-3 bumps up from all the way down. Different boats like it other ways.

Hub slip lip can do it. As can vents slipping to much or occasionally not slipping

I'd start with compression test or leak down , motors will lose comp and have a hard time out ov the hole, or ur bote soaked up lots water, if comp gud I'd start with a dva or fluke and check lectrics, or fuel system/ ecu failing. Just a starting point
How high is it reving out ov the hole

Compression is 120 on all cylinders.. Boat shoots out of the whole beautiful and 10 minutes later when I go up plane again It will take about 5 seconds to get on plane.. I did find a wire that's coming from the control module That has a crack in it But still in tact.. Obviously I have to fix that but could that possibly be something causing the problem??
