    Optimax oil line routing

2012 Mercury Optimax Pro XS serial number 1B865804

I'm in the process of putting motor on, I’m wondering if anyone has a picture of where the oil line plugs into block? My old motor was an EFI. Thanks

The pulse air port is in the same location as your old engine as is the oil hose hookup......

Blue strip hose connects to the brass tee fitting that is hang from small oil tank on motor. The unused nipple on the tee fitting looks like it should be connected to something but it does not. Your solid black hose from your remote oil tank connects to the pulse check valve that is hid behind the oil pump lines and the rigging 10 pin connector wires.

Thanks. I figured that was it, at the same time I thought the guy told me he had nothing attached there.

My line with blue strip goes straight to tank, does this sound ok? I’ve seen part pictures where it shows that extra line and T. Should I put that in? Thanks again. Rich
