Modvp22 , Mirage setback
What setback did you say you run on your River Racer ? Even with a cleaver with a 10" plate and 15" os mid it seems to fly even at neutral trim and even tucked a bit. Thanks Mike

Your 15” setback ( if stock OEM) already has a 2” off set built in and with your 10” jack-plate is putting you back at 12” total . I was sponsored by Mirage winning World and High Point Champion multiple times I used 9 1/2” rapid Jack with 20” mid that had no offset so I was only truly 9 1/2” off the transom , my boats sweet spot was at 7/8” inch above split case if that helps , IMO and I dont know your Hull weight or set up but you may be a bit far back causing your rig to be a bit front end kitey ...
Pretty boat ,

Thanks Jay. I can get it down to 1237 with me at 200lbs ,Brailles , 15" untouched os mid and Sportmaster. Never had a chance to weigh just the hull. A bit too much setback is what I'm thinking too. Currently I'm only running 7 petal 200 so it's not the horsepower that's causing the issue.
Thanks for the input. MikeCheaters never Win !!!
