    Total Budget Build

    1986 Ventura II & 1981 150 Mercury slap-together with 5" Hi-Jacker setback. Prop is 48-88448-21 15 spline Cleaver, 3/4" shaft (off a bass-boat). My set-up will be a light load and only looking for (budget) top end, any advise from ya'll that been down this road would be great.
