    Speaking of the jets mains were 82 mids 80 and idle 90 92 stock can’t remember if the 46 is set up different. Need to look at a book checking something

    Yep gonna have to go with merc on the carb.

    Ment 80mph also above.

    My books kinda screwy the stock carb for the 200 has the bore jet 96 and the left lower screw 80ish and the idle something. Pretty sure thatís not what he has. And the 175 if stock was .60. So gotta go with merc on it. As my infos bad.

    I just bought this boat and have never run it . Im trying to figure out the health and want proper setup on this engine with the help of everyone here . Id also like to know if there are any cyl heads out there I can bolt on to raise compression

    I think u can throw a set 150 heads to raise comp ,or just cut urs. We got many many guys here that can cut a head cheap

    Any experience with the 420 laser and what I can expect it to run with this 2.4 modded

    Think you have to go to 225 heads not positive

    but 135-150 2.0 and 2.4 175-220 merc, mariner, force, mark, sea ray, Sears, sport jet, merc race, marithon, ect all run out of the 15221a5 endcap/head kit

    Should be a good supply of spares though.

    pulled port head off today I see zero cross hatch . Did leak down and come up with 12 to 18 % Pistons are standard bore .
