    not seen a flywheel hub hit the sensor, sounds like there is some other issue?

    Check for crank play. It could be lose.

    Never seen one hit either unless something was bent ir. Bearing shot.

    Careful if you shave it don’t let any heat get it.

    In fact if its its new enough send it back which ever is new

    Well my snowmobile kits range about 1000-1200$ depending on what's required. A v4 would be similar depending on what I have to do to make it work. The magnetic pickups on the flywheel would need to be replaced with a steel trigger plate. I have a v4 and a bunch of parts. I could start setting one up.

    How much power will it draw?

    Yes they are fully programmable with computer software and link cable whole ignition curve. Peak rev limiter. They can even run a carb tps for a 3d ignition map. Easy to program and save different programs.

    I'd recommend the pvl coils I have.

    No throttle bodies. This is just an ignition.

    funny...if an old xflow is kicking ass ,then this would NEVER work....
    if the flywheel is hitting the tbase,then it's mechanical ...not an ignition problem... imo
