I am interested in your Liberator. Is the boat still available?

Good looking boat. I thought all of the Liberators were built in Texas.

The boat has been sold and is back in Central Florida. Randy gets bare hulls from Dave then in some cases adds structural support to them, paints a large percentage of them (not all) and then rigs them with billet hardware. As witnessed several times, his boats sell fast because they are turn key and set up with nice accessories, finish work, and trailers. Randy has had numerous boats that were purchased factory direct brought to him for both rigging upgrades and performance set up.

Let him go Joe, he already knows everything. He's still wanting an argument over his for sale thread

Well now I'm curious about the structural changes suggesting that Randy makes on the boats he sells. Randy has posted many photos over the years of his boats both inside and outside. I don't recall Randy mentioning structural changes on any of the boats he sells which would be a selling point and would be stated in all his boats for sale advertisements. He does a great job adding enhancements to the rigging and appearance of his boats and I feel he gets a fair price for what he does.

If there are structural issues with the Liberator boat please show me the proof, photo, or statement by Randy on these changes made to the hull.

The glass work Randy adds might enhance but I do not think it qualifies as structural. I have owned a number of 21 lib's and been in a couple of ones that Randy rigged/painted and there are no structural issues. Some of the older versions were lighter and my 1998 was the fastest of all of them.

The only glass work I'm aware of is the fabrication of the shifter bracket which is clearly not structural. He also paints the rear compartment with Awlgrip which is nothing more than a paint to coordinate with his color scheme. It just burns me when someone makes unsupported claims on an open forum with no evidence to back up the claim. Since I own a 21 Lib, I have found zero issues of structural weakness. So just show me the evidence.

    Exactly my point.

Randy does excellent work on the 21 Lib's and others but like I said in my original sales post for the 2017 Texas rigged boat some people cannot or will not pay for the enhancements that he provides. The boats all run the same depending on power and set up.

I am only posting this because others jumped on my for sale thread suggesting that any Liberator other than ones rigged/painted by Wildman were not up to par which is not the case and represent a great value for the 10 or 20 K savings they offer. That said, the ones rigged and painted by Randy do seem to hold their value as illustrated by the one for sale in this thread.

Bump for the one listed in this thread and good luck with the sale.
