Sports master or Torquemaster on a 21 Action Marine CC

Looking into repowering my 21. I want a motor that I can take offshore, troll, cruise, tube occasionally and haul ass when the mood strikes. Is there a specific lower unit that is better for all around use. Meaning, if I purchase with Sportsmaster will I regret the purchase when 5 miles offshore trolling for dolphin in Miami? If I went with a torquemaster is it really going to matter if I am running a 300xs or R.
    Thanks in advance
    Tom

Do you plan to go over 70mph, or run on the surface.

    No torq or fleet

Unless you intend to surface the sportmaster it will be slower than the torquemaster
