Hill Signature 5 blade cleavers. Run like Mercury CNC's!

Here's a less expensive alternative on the $5000 mercury CNC prop that puts an extra 8-10 mph on the new Mercury 300R V8 outboard. First of all, I have never bought a Hill Propeller in my entire life. I've never heard of any big numbers from their props.
Mike Hill called me a couple weeks ago and asked if I'd be willing to test a new prop they just developed to run on the new 300R motors. I said sure, why not. I also told him that I would post all the results, positive or negative.
Chad Hill sent me two 34" x !5.5" 5 blade over the hub cleavers to try on a 21 Liberator cat. One had 15 degree rake and the other was 20 degree. There was 15-20 mph winds and I was on my little 1.25 mile long test lake, so conditions were not ideal. Let me start out by saying the 20 degree sucked. Ran 99 and had to trim down to keep it off the limiter. Only ran 48 at 4000 rpm. Now on the other hand, The 15 degree prop was incredible. I ran it and the Mercury CNC back to back. The Mercury was faster by 4 100ths of a mph!! Both ran 111.10 mph on gps. You can see in the last pic that the trim was minimal.
Now the price! Mercury's prop is $5000-$5500. This prop is $2380. I will be selling them for $2150 to your door. Cheapest 8-10 mph you'll ever see. Email Liberatorboats@yahoo.com or call Randy at 386-295-2132

We ran a 32x15 on a 300xs and it ran 5700 rpm at 101.5 mph with two people in the boat. We are going to try a smaller pitch

I have a 30" coming. Another guy tried it on his Liberator and said it was the fastest prop he ever ran.

Have you sold or tried these props on performance v bottom hulls? Curious if you are seeing the same positive performance results you are getting on your tunnel hulls

How would they do with a fishing load on a 21 foot Bullet and a 300X.

can they be bought in a 26/27p? Are they stiff as well? Or true to pitch?

Right now the smallest is 28". The 15.25" diameter has been running about 4% slip. I ran some on my 25 Liberator with twin 300xs motors and they were at 10% slip. They were cut down to 14.75" diameter though. The two Bullets were running 15.25 x 34" with 300R's

Randy, do you think this prop will work on a 21 skater clone with a 300x? Or should I stick to a promax? Or any recommendations. I have no prop now and need to start somewhere.

Gotta try one to find out. I'd try a 30 x 15 on that boat. I may be able to get one to try
