    Mercury 280

    Mercury 280 with (carb conversion) , 150lb on all 6 cylinders , single ring pistons, one piece exhaust plate , off-shore mid with bass trim , fat shaft cle lower unit, Still on the boat will take serious buyers on sea trial. $6500 any questions call or text 786-683-7003

    Single reed will be a little less drag in the cylinder. Just a quess.
    Not a clue as to why you would want to convert EFI or MFI to carb.
