You need Torque?
I bought a Milwaukee 1/2 impact years ago they have since replaced the brushes three times at no charge, but still a pain to send back and it was just Ok...
Friends told me to get the new version no brushes and 1400 ft-lbs of torque, WOW this thing is bad A$$, less than $300.00 has the new One-Key system
Once you register the tool, using your phone you are able to shut it down and find it if stolen, this thing has more power than my 1/2 air impact.

Brushless 1/2" impacts are super potent. I dont care for the lack of feel but my 20v brushless Dewalt has because it does not have the sweet torque setting deal you posted about in that other thread so I only use it for removal, not so much for tightening as its crazy powerful. Its the batteries that are such a pita with the cordless tools and why its best to buy a system and stick with it. Had great luck with Dewalt batteries so I stick with them. Hopefully they offer a torque setting option in the future 1/2" to keep up or I would probably leap over to Milwaukeee just for that excellent feature
