260 Block and Front ported to 300 Specs

Bought this block with big plans to build a back up motor with all high end parts to become my primary motor, but I am starting to lean in a different direction. The block has all new nic, and porting done by James Ruck. All cylinders have been greased to prevent any corrosion. Not 100% sure that I want to sell it yet, but more looking to see what the block is worth, and open to offers. Please see attached pictures. Please PM or text with any questions or offers.

After talking to a few people on here, sounds like $3000 is more than fair for the block and front half. Looking to sell, but not give away.
