Older 20" mid with 5" spacer help

Looking at this motor. Is this a 20" mid with a spacer? Or is that mid all one piece? I'm guessing if it is all one piece, that is just how the older 25" motors looked.

    Thanks for the help.

If the covers are matching the rest of the motor and never been apart. The lower crank seal should be updated.

I'm assuming it is all original. What is wrong with the lower crank seal on these? I owned an 89 2.4 200 that I recently sold. Looking to get another one for the right price.

Guy says it has 120 psi on each. Debating whether or not to buy it. It needs a new steering arm, not the most rust I have seen, but I'd rather replace it for peace of mind.

I just pulled one of those apart. It's a spacer but there are extended studs in the lower and center section that have to be used

1982 nice cover... but.....the crank seals on that year and down have a 1/8 inch rubber to steel bond that lets losse after 20 years or less...... new seals have more rubber bonded.....JMO..... if ya have PH off do it, Other wise it will suck H2o to top bearing.....
