    You should check the timing pointer with a piston stop first

    Was motor High enough that it didn't have full load at the prop? If it's electrical or fuel.!?!

    If you haven't replaced the plug wires. Those are solid core wires? I'd thoroughly check everyone end to end for continuity while gently twisting them. Better still pull the boots off each end, cut a 1/4" or more off each end and set the clip in new wire if it's still good and not burned or corroded, if you have enough slack to still make the distance, coil to plug.

    Could not get to full load. Still only hitting 3900 rpms

    Yes. All 6 are synced and opening all the way at full throttle.
