Thumbs up What do you think of this? Yamaha Niken

I think this is innovative from a mechanical standpoint, but I, not sure what this bike is supposed to offer over other ‘standard’ bikes. Anybody here ride one? It’s definitely interesting, and I suppose it would offer more traction up front and better braking, but I’m not sure I see that being such an increased advantage worth the price. I guess this definitely satisfies the ‘center of attention’ category. I’d bet riding one of these definitely gets many curious onlookers.

I can see other riders calling it training wheels. I'm not knocking the bike. I like innovative ideas.

It is a novel idea. I'm guessing this is geared to the 45+ age rider.

For those that might have trouble holding up a 2 wheel at a stop light, but still want to be able to lean into a turn.
That is all I see here as far as practical.

I don't think it holds the bike up, does it? I thought I read that in a review. So, it's not like a trike at all?
