    Those who fall off unemployment benefits are no longer part of the % make-up of the unemployment rate and go to welfare. He also mentioned the % of women taking in 40-50k on children welfare benefits, massive. No incentive to work.

    "Welfare" is anything from child daycare and housing payments help for low income folks, to food stamps (credit card paid by government you use at a grocery store), Medical Leave payments (your out of work temporarily on injury/surgery, it's 2/3rds of your paycheck), and if you are low income, you get a little less than $1,000 per month, per child you have. There's also disability (highly abused) where if you broke your back at work, and you can't work for the rest of your life, the government pays you a salary to stay home, pays your housing costs, and daycare costs, and gives you an allowance for food. Also pays your bills like gas, water, electric.

    I have paid into SS my whole life, the max many years as well as my Wife now since I'm turning 65 I'm going on Welfair?
