Heres the baby blue out of the mold on scales

    http://www.progressionboats.com/home...20Brochure.pdf

100 mph is a big number in any one of these hulls and definitely pushing the envelope.
As for the tuff it’s all about smoke and mirrors with there marketing
yea a lightweight carbon layup 800lbs hull can run 105 or more on the drain plug with perfect balance and enough hp ......but so can a 30 year old hydrostream and both would need similar conditions to do it

there was enough witnesses to say what that 24 was running last June at sacandaga and it wasn’t 100
and that wasn’t a stock tune in the evinrude either
But I’d still love to own one just not at the price there selling at

    Good luck in your quest...

I'm thinking this Nordic can hit the triple digits. It ran 94 without the man on the rope with no prop change or set up change. If you keep on tweekin there has to be 6 mph more with the XS. Lot of "different" for $30k turnkey. Probably a one off, or maybe one of a handful built. 21 degree bottom if I recall so good enough for the puddle lake and the upper Hudson. Proven on the race course many times out West. Certainly makes the "odd/special" cut and has very modern lines. Throw a little black vinyl on it like the one in the first pic has, and your in business for a couple years at least.

2017 Nordic 20SR. 2016 Mercury Racing 300XS Optimax 70 hours. Sport Master Lower. Carbon Fiber Deck, Light Layup. Cable Steering. 30 gallon Ballast Tank. 40 gallon IMCO gas tank. Livorsi Monster Gauges. Livorsi SmartCraft. Mercury Racing Vessel View. Trim Tabs. Custom Long Column. Boat is F2 Ski Race Legal or ready to train. Will run 93 With no skier, 83 pulling a skier. Tandem axle trailer included. Custom tow cover with felt liner. Many extras. $30,500.

I’m guess I’m learning that I had a pretty cool SOB and if I’m going to fill the nitch I need to move away from the 21-22 SOB v bottom as non of these are catching my interest.

i guess with this thread I was Asking questions that there are no answers too. I need to start saving my money

You want an oddball sob, take one that's out there and put your touches on it and your setup and make it a true 100mph boat. Not many in that club so to me that's oddball. Easy way out get a cat. Of course all this costs money and time

Notice how much usable room is in that cockpit. And there's not even a back seat! Even with a standard helm, there's just no room. Kinda reminds me of the cockpit area of a 22 Donzi. Beautiful boat, but absolutely no room to move around.

TooStroked is correct, the Nordic SR-20 has a 7' beam so it is narrow for sure but I think the photo is making it look even more cramped than it is. They build them with rear seats as well if you wanted that instead of the insert. I'm not sure if the insert helps, or hurts in the mythical quest for 100 mph. It also has a hull water intake so maybe that will slow it down. It ran 94 that way though so who knows, it's probably out of the water entirely up at those speeds. I had a Superboat in yellow and I'm not a fan of that much yellow, but what do you want for $30k! It has a ton of cool chit for sure.
